Cristiano Ronaldo may have found in a new team, but the Juventus starman has equally found himself in fresh crises as a woman has accused him of raping her in 2009.
A Las Vegas woman, Kathryn Mayorga, who filed a police report in Clark County, Nevada, on Friday, September 28, said the incident allegedly occurred in 2009 at a suite at the Palms Casino Resort.
She claimed the soccer star busted into a bathroom where she was changing her clothes, stripped down and asked her for oral sex. When she refused, she claims Ronaldo brought her into the bedroom and raped her repeatedly as she screamed no and begged him to stop.
After the encounter, she reported it immediately to the police and went to the hospital for a sexual assault examination.
When asked why she did not go public with the information sooner, she said the Portuguese athlete hired a team of “fixers” that threatened to ruin her reputation and paint her as an extortionist, so she decided to settle for 375, 000 Dollars and sign a nondisclosure agreement instead.
The former Real Madrid star has, however, denied the allegation leveled against him.
